Brine Extraction
Subsurface brine well field with precision drilling and automated flow monitoring. Production wells pump lithium-rich brine through insulated pipelines to the DLE facility.
Sorbent & DLE Circuit
Raw brine enters a sorbent-based extraction circuit followed by lithium carbonate polishing stages. The thickener recycles process water while reagent systems maintain optimal chemistry.
Dry-Stack TSF
Filtered tailings are stacked in engineered cells with compacted lifts. No conventional tailings dam required — significantly reducing environmental risk and water consumption.
Grid + Solar Hybrid
On-site substation connects to the regional grid, supplemented by a 12-panel photovoltaic array. Dual supply ensures reliability while reducing carbon intensity.
